Take a Moment to Breathe!
As part of the 3-month Ribbit Capital program (Nov – Jan 2026), each team member is invited to book individual breathwork sessions with Annabelle. These sessions offer a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect - helping you bring more focus, calm, and clarity into your week.
You can choose between four flexible session lengths - from a short 15-minute reset to a 90-minute deep dive - and book at a time that fits your schedule. Knowing how busy you are, sessions are available Monday through Sunday to support every routine and time zone. Simply choose the time and length that feel right for you.
All sessions count toward your team’s shared time pool and are fully personalized to your energy, goals, and availability. Times are automatically shown in your local time zone, so there’s no need to convert. All sessions are held via Zoom - you’ll receive your personal link in the confirmation email.
How to Book

Add a short note (optional) about what you’d like to focus on.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link right away.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 8 hours in advance.
