ABOUT ANNABELLE
"The shortest path to yourself is a conscious breath." Anyone can use it anywhere, anytime, to feel better immediately. As a yoga teacher and breathing coach, I have observed very transformative experiences with conscious breathing techniques in myself and my students. That's why I enthusiastically share my knowledge and experiences.
