NOTE ON PARTICIPATION
(Please read carefully before completing your booking)
Breathwork can be an intense physical, emotional, and mental experience.
You participate at your own risk and must be in good physical and mental health.
Please read the following contraindications and precautions carefully to ensure that this practice is currently suitable for you.
Contraindications – when breathwork is NOT recommended NOT recommended
Please do not participate in a breathwork session if any of the following conditions apply:
Epilepsy or tendency to have seizures
Severe heart or circulatory diseases
High blood pressure (untreated or unstable)
pregnancy
Recent surgery or major injuries
Severe psychological stress or diagnoses such as:
acute depression
post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
bipolar disorder
psychoses
Glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure
Severe respiratory diseases (e.g., COPD, severe asthma)
Special notes
Breathwork can trigger strong emotions, physical reactions, and deep inner processes.
If you are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your doctor or therapist beforehand.
In some cases, an individual one-on-one session is better suited to address your personal needs in a safe and targeted manner.

Preparing for your session
Ideally, eat only lightly before the session.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol or other substances on the day of the session.
Bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and optionally a journal.
