Trust your intuition
Hey hey Sister, do you know what this is?
You must have a important decision , make endless lists of pros and cons, have countless conversations with friends about it, and still don't know what is "right" or best for you. You don't want to make mistakes and regret them, so you logically come to a solution, but somehow it still doesn't feel quite right.
And why? Because your rational decision does not match your gut feeling!
Perhaps you find some decisions difficult precisely because they feel right to you. You don't want to hurt anyone around you, but in the end, you are the one who suffers in silence. What remains is your own disappointment at the missed opportunity and the lost trust in yourself and your intuition.
Believe me, I have made decisions against my own truth so many times. Some unconsciously out of pure habit, some to please others or to make them happy, and others out of fear of losing control. The consequences were serious to painful and never actually in my best interest. Decisions for or against a job change, for or against a romantic adventure, for or against a large investment.
But the more I explored myself and relied on my heart intelligence , the easier it became for me to make healthy decisions for myself without feeling guilty. The brave decision I made at that time was to quit my job, end my relationship, and not have a permanent place to live. All at the same time and without knowing what would come next. You're wondering if I was afraid? Hell yes! But I trusted the gentle voice inside me, and today I know that I can always rely on it. Because it has led me on the path to my destiny.

• A blindfolded yoga flow in which we give the body the freedom to move intuitively to the music and explore it with all the senses, far removed from the usual yoga practice.
