Breath Camp is your Monthly Mojo —a breathing session that invites you to realign yourself and shape your future by connecting with your Higher Self.
You are the designer of your life. Everything you believe, think, and feel manifests itself externally. For your vision to become reality, you need clarity, commitment, and the willingness to devote yourself to your dream.
At Breath Camp, we set a clear intention and connect with the energy of enthusiasm and curiosity. Through dance, movement, and breath, you activate your life force and open yourself with ease and grace to the new that wants to reveal itself.
We work with affirmations that will stay with you after the session and help you to focus on what you really want in your everyday life.
At the end of the session, you will feel grounded, clear, and full of energy—ready to consciously move forward with implementation. Your monthly re-commitment to your path and your creative power. ✨
WHAT TO EXPECT
🌑 Powerful intentions & self-reflection
🌑 Somatic activation: shaking, intuitive movement, body release
🌑 Transformative breathing exercise (approx. 30 min, gentle but deeply effective)
🌑 Integration through guided meditation or visualization
Breath Camp is gentle, deep, and liberating —everything is allowed to be there.
You don't need any prior knowledge, just an open mind and comfortable clothing.
WHY BREATH CAMP ON THE NEW MOON?
The Breath Camp is deliberately held around the time of the new moon —a time that invites you to pause, let go of the old, and set new intentions. Through movement, breath, and meditation, you open up space for clarity and realignment. The new moon supports you in connecting with your inner alignment and activating new energy.
NOTE ON PARTICIPATION
The Breath Camp includes gentle to more intense breathing exercises. These may cause temporary tingling, dizziness, or a foggy feeling in the head—these reactions are normal and will subside on their own.
Not recommended for:
pregnancy
epilepsy
cardiovascular diseases
Severe pre-existing mental illnesses

Over the past ten years, I have worked with people internationally—from executives and high performers to people with health challenges to those seeking greater inner peace and creative fulfillment.
At Deep Blue Studio in Berlin, I offer both individual sessions and group experiences such as Breath Camp and Soul Dive Sessions. These are about more than just breathing exercises: they are about transformation, emotional regulation, and discovering your creative power.
