WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
Would you like to learn a whole new kind of morning routine this summer? One that's fun, gets your heart rate up, and calms your mind? Do you want to feel relaxed and lighter, and start your day feeling centered and mindful? Then come to BREATH CAMP with Annabelle on Thursdays at 8 a.m. It's a hybrid event, so it takes place in the studio and online via Zoom for everyone near and far.
Have you met Annabelle yet? She is the breathing expert in the yoga gang and discovered the power of transformative breathing exercises about seven years ago through the successful method of her teacher, Max Strom. She studied it and also assisted him for many years. It helped her to train her emotional intelligence, regulate herself in stressful situations, and create inner peace in order to become more and more empowered.
Until now, she has offered her program exclusively online, but now there is a premiere with the Summer Special, and she is delighted to be able to teach BREATH CAMP at Yogabande.

WHAT HAPPENS AT BREATH CAMP?
It is the gentlest form of transformative work and it has an immediate effect.
Annabelle created this format about two years ago because it is simply great fun and at the same time helps you to clarify, center, and empower yourself holistically on all three levels: body, mind, and emotions!
1. WE DANCE
We shake and loosen up the body to selected hits from the 80s that empower you and make you smile from ear to ear!
2. WE BREATHE
Transformative breathing patterns according to Max Strom help you to free yourself from long-suppressed emotions and prevent stress. This form of breathwork alleviates PTSD symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. The method focuses much more on causes than symptoms and is known for its rapid results.
3. WE VISUALIZE
The session ends with a powerful visualization that helps you start your day focused and make healthy decisions for yourself with clarity.
WHO IS BREATH CAMP FOR?
This session is suitable for all levels and genders. Deep breathing is also very beneficial for pregnant women. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your curiosity with you. Gentle reminder: You are the boss! This means that you only go as far as feels good for you. Fun should always be the main focus.

"The shortest path to yourself is a conscious breath." Anyone can use it anywhere, anytime, to feel better immediately. As a yoga teacher and breathing coach, I have observed very transformative experiences with conscious breathing techniques in myself and my students. That's why I enthusiastically share my knowledge and experiences. I see myself as a breathing activist, not only because breath work can make you feel better, but above all because it can bring about lasting positive change in your life!
