This Soul Dive invites you into a creative and transformative breath journey.
With a deep conscious connected breathing session, Annabelle guides you through somatic cues, emotional release and intuitive expression to unlock what’s been held and open new space within. This is not about performance - it's about presence. A chance to connect deeply with your body, your truth and your breath as a source of creative liberation. Come as you are and breathe into the fullness of your inner fire.

Coming Home to the Heart
A grounding and heart-centered closing session
After the intensity and beauty of the festival, this Breath Camp offers a soft landing.
Blending gentle breathwork, somatic grounding, meditation and heart-focused inquiry, Annabelle creates a space to integrate, center and reconnect with what truly matters. This session supports you to arrive fully in yourself - before returning back into the world. An invitation to breathe, feel and come home to your heart.
PARTICIPATION NOTICE
Participation is at your own responsibility and requires a generally stable physical and mental health condition. Soul Dive is an intensive form of Breathwork and may trigger strong physical, emotional, and mental processes.
Not recommended for:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Cardiovascular conditions
Severe psychological challenges (e.g. acute depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder)
Directly after major surgery

Mein eigener Weg, geprägt von der Überwindung einer Depression in meinen 20ern, hat mich zu meiner Mission geführt: Menschen durch die Kraft des Atems zu unterstützen, mehr Wohlbefinden, Bewusstsein und Sinn in ihr Leben zu bringen.
Ich glaube daran, dass unser Atem der direkteste Zugang zu innerer Balance, persönlicher Transformation und emotionaler Intelligenz ist.
In den letzten zehn Jahren habe ich international mit Menschen gearbeitet - von Führungskräften und High Performern über Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Herausforderungen bis hin zu denen, die nach mehr innerer Ruhe und kreativer Entfaltung suchen.
Im Deep Blue Studio in Berlin biete ich sowohl Einzelsessions als auch Gruppenerfahrungen wie das Breath Camp und die Soul Dive Sessions an. Dabei geht es um mehr als Atemübungen: Es geht um Transformation, emotionale Regulation und das Entdecken deiner kreativen Schöpferkraft.
