WHAT EXACTLY IS IT ABOUT?
Annabelle takes you on a transformative breathing journey that activates your creative power so you can bring your visions and dreams into the world. She developed Breath Camp 2020 to achieve a powerful transformative effect with a sequence of effective methods. The cool thing about it is that it is the gentlest transformative method that works immediately and is even fun! WHAT EXACTLY IS HAPPENING?
In keeping with Annabelle's motto, "Change your life with a breath. Change the world with your purpose," you will be guided through the session as follows:
1. WE SET INTENTIONS Weengage in self-reflection together and see what needs to be let go of in this session. The more honest you are with yourself here, the easier it will be for you to open yourself up to new things.
2. WE DANCEWe shake our bodies and shake off the old to selected hits from the 80s that motivate you and make you smile!
3. WE BREATHE Transformative breathing patterns help you to free yourself from inner resistance and suppressed emotions, as well as to activate your inherent potential and channel the creative energy that is released into creative avenues.
4. WE VISUALIZE The session ends with a powerful visualization that helps you to boldly set out on your new vision.
FOR WHOM?
This session is suitable for everyone. Deep breathing is also very beneficial for pregnant women. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your curiosity with you. Gentle reminder: You are the boss! This means that you only go as deep as feels good for you. Fun should always remain the focus.
