What is Breath Camp all about?

Shake. Breathe. Transform.

Breath Camp is your midweek reset—a space where you move, breathe, let go, and realign. This session combines somatic movement, transformative breathing techniques, and meditation to recalibrate your system, shake off old tensions, and connect with your inner vitality.

April 30: Breath Camp Theme: "Ignite Your Inner Fire"
Beltane Energy & New Moon in Taurus (April 27)

This Breath Camp session takes place during a powerful time of transition: right after the new moon in Taurus, which represents grounding, stability, and setting new intentions, and just before Beltane, the Celtic festival that celebrates the peak of fertility and joy of life!

In this phase of increasing lunar energy, it is time to ignite your inner fire and nurture the seeds of your intentions. Through somatic movements, transformative breathing techniques, and conscious intention setting, you are invited to let go of old patterns and make room for the new.

What you can expect:

  • Powerful intentions & self-reflection

  • somatic activation (shaking, intuitive movement, body release)

  • A transformative connected breathing exercise from the Sufi tradition (approx. 20 min, not CCB)

  • This form of mindful breathing can—when gently guided—still have a profoundly transformative effect.

  • Integration through guided meditation or visualization

Breath Camp is wild, gentle, deep, and liberating—everything is allowed to be there.

You don't need any prior knowledge, just an open mind and comfortable clothing.

  • Want to recalibrate yourself on a physical, mental, and emotional level

  • Want to be part of a growing community of conscious people?

Note on participation

Participation in this session is at your own risk and requires you to be in good physical and mental health. Breathwork can have a profound physical, emotional, and mental effect. Participation is not recommended if you have certain health issues, such as epilepsy, heart problems, severe mental health issues (e.g., acute depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder), or if you have recently undergone major surgery.

Even if you feel stable yourself, a very challenging situation in your immediate environment—such as a serious illness, an upcoming operation, or an acute loss—can have a strong impact on your system. Please carefully consider whether now is the right moment for a deep breathing experience.
