Here you can find all events related to my live events on the InsightTimer app. There are regular Breath Camps on the new moon, as well as guided meditations and a Self-Determined Living meditation course. Just come as you are and practice breathing exercises with me that will help you center yourself, let go, and feel comfortable in your own skin.

How to participate:

Announcement for the New Moon in Sagittarius: Breath Camp - A transformative breathing journey

On the powerful new moon in Sagittarius, I invite you to a somatic experience: through movement, transformative breathing patterns, and deep meditation, you will have the opportunity to let go holistically—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sagittarius stands for a thirst for adventure, spirituality, and the search for meaning. Together, we will reflect on old beliefs, find new clarity, and unleash the creative power that resides in each of us.

What can you expect at Breath Camp?

Annabelle takes you on a transformative breathing journey that helps you bring your visions and dreams to life. Developed by her in 2020, Breath Camp combines an effective methodology that is gentle, immediate, and sustainable—and fun too! Hundreds of participants have already come to appreciate this practice as a powerful method for self-discovery and empowerment.

SESSION PROCEDURE

1. Setting intentions – Through mindful self-reflection, we explore what you would like to let go of in this session. The clearer you are about this, the more freely you can open yourself up to new experiences.

2. Dancing and shaking – To inspiring hits from the 80s, we shake off the old and get our bodies moving – this brings joy and lightness!

3. Breathing journey – We use transformative breathing patterns to release inner blockages and suppressed emotions. This allows you to activate your inner potential and channel the energy you gain into creative avenues.

4. Powerful visualization – Finally, visualization will help you to courageously embrace your new visions and take the first steps.

Join us as we let go, recharge our batteries, and break new ground together under the new moon.
