Yay! There's another Mantra Event!

In our many different and varied lives, we have finally found a date that suits us all. We would like to share with you what has developed in the meantime. We continue to explore the path of sound, dissolving into it and meditating deeply. In doing so, we have discovered many new versions of beautiful mantras.  We look forward to singing, listening, and diving into the depths of the mantras together with you. 

The mantras from Kundalini Yoga serve as our starting point. From there, we love to improvise and follow the flow of sound.

Did you know that I'm part of a harmonium band?

We call ourselves BLISS & HARMONY and have been playing mantras together every Monday for 4.5 years now. It all started after a harmonium workshop in October 2020, which we all attended. It was the last weekend before the fall lockdown, and we wanted to continue learning, so we arranged to practice together via Zoom. It took over half a year before we were able to get together in person to play again. The joy was all the greater because we had really improved in our practice during that time.

There have already been several mantra events in recent years, and because they were so wonderful, we want to repeat them. We bring uplifting Kundalini mantras and welcome everyone who comes to sing along or simply bathe in these beautiful sounds.

Don't worry: you don't need any prior knowledge or singing ability. It's simply about experiencing the sound and improvising with your voice. As Prem Hari Kaur so beautifully puts it:

Singing opens hearts, it is a profound benefit and 

ONE OF THE MOST INTENSE MEDITATIONS IS SINGING MANTRAS.
