15 min – Intro & arrival:Introduction to the practice, the new moon, and energetic alignment
15 min – Reflection exercise & intention setting:Gain clarity & set conscious intentions for the new cycle
60 min – Deep Dive:Guided breath and sound journey that takes you into deep emotional and energetic states
30 min – Landing & Sharing Circle:Gentle return to the body, integration, and optional exchange

Annabelle isa breathwork activist, yoga teacher, and coach—and she stands fordeep transformation with ease. Through breathwork, body awareness, and emotional healing, she guides people in feeling themselves more deeply, releasing old blockages, and coming into their full power.
Asa long-time friend and member of the Holywow community, Annabelle has visited the studio several times and brings with her a unique blend ofdeep presence, intuitive guidance, and scientifically grounded knowledge.
She teaches the50-hour Emotional Healing module of the Move to Heal 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, creating a space for deep self-awareness and emotional integration.
