Shake & Breathe – Your Spring Resetis a mini day retreat in Hanover that combines movement, breathwork, and mindful self-awareness.
We invite you to move, feel, and let go—both physically and emotionally.
We’ll start with“Shake the Dust,” a body-oriented movement session led by Pauline. Through intuitive movement, you’ll step out of your head and back into your body. You’ll learn to notice what’s alive within you right now, and to lovingly accept and hold whatever is there.
Next, you’ll embark on an intense breathing journey withSoul Dive Breathwork. This form of breathwork helps you release emotional tension, let go, and connect with your inner clarity. An afternoon just for you to reset, feel, and realign yourself.
The journey is complemented by journaling, partner exercises, and a sharing circle that helps you process your experiences.

NOTE ON PARTICIPATION
The Soul Dive involvesmore intensive breathing exercises. During the session, you may experience temporary sensations such as tingling in the body, dizziness, or a foggy feeling in the head. These reactions are normal and usually subside on their own. You can find all contraindications here.

Breathing Activist & Systemic Coach
My own journey—shaped by my struggle with depression in my twenties—led me to my current mission: to help people cultivate greater well-being, awareness, and purpose in their lives through the power of breath.
I am convinced that the breath is our most direct path to inner balance, personal transformation, and emotional intelligence.
Over the past ten years, I have worked internationally with a wide variety of people—from executives and high achievers to those facing health challenges, as well as those seeking deep inner peace and creative expression.
Today, I offer individual sessions as well as group formats such as Breath Camp and Soul Dive Sessions in various cities and settings. This work goes far beyond breathing techniques—it creates a space for transformation, emotional self-regulation, and reconnecting with your creative life force.
With the Soul Dive Training I guide people even deeper: In this training, they learn not only to experience breathwork for themselves, but also to share it safely and effectively—while drawing on their own inner depth as a resource.
