In this training, you will learn how to actively create and convey stability and presence.
What this training is about
Stress, sensory overload, and emotional overload have become a permanent state for many people. As a yoga teacher, coach, or guide, you need tools to not only react in such moments, but to consciously lead.
In this facilitator training, you will develop a thorough understanding of:
how the autonomic nervous system reacts to stress
how breathing patterns influence emotional states
how regulation can be experienced in the body
how to establish secure one-on-one settings
how to keep emotional processes professional
You will learn breathing techniques that have an immediate regulating effect—clearly structured, suitable for everyday use, and applied responsibly.

Structure & Clarity
You will receive a detailed Facilitator Manual with in-depth background knowledge, clear session structures, breathing protocols, and integration exercises. The manual will accompany you beyond the training as a practical working tool.

About Annabelle
Annabelle is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and systemic coach specializing in self-regulation and transformative breathwork.
Breathing was not just a tool for her—it was a turning point. In her 20s, dealing with depression and inner overload led her to intensively study somatic work, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration.
Over several years, she studied with meditation teacher Tsakpo Rinpoche and internationally renowned breathing and yoga teacher Max Strom, among others. This formative training period laid the foundation for her current work: breathing as a path back to presence, clarity, and self-guidance.
Her background is complemented by further training in trauma-sensitive process work and somatic integration.
Today, Annabelle helps people in workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one settings to consciously regulate their nervous system, understand emotional patterns, and use breathing as a tool for leadership and personal development.
Her approach is resource-oriented, clear, and pressure-free. For her, embodied leadership begins in the nervous system.
