WHO IS IT FOR? This workshop is for you if you want to get to know yourself on a deeper level and are ready to embark on a conscious breathing journey, inner processes, and physical awareness.
No prior knowledge is required—all you need is openness, personal responsibility, and a willingness to engage with yourself mindfully.
The breathwork session is intense and transformative and can trigger emotional, mental, and physical processes. Therefore, it is important that you check whether participation is currently suitable for you before registering.
