Annabelle is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and emotional healing coach with a deep focus on nervous system regulation, embodied transformation, and self-awareness. She has guided people from all walks of life—CEOs, high performers, unemployed individuals, and people recovering from addiction—andthey all have one thing in common: back pain!
Her approach integrates therapeutic movement, functional breathwork, and emotional intelligence, helping students reconnect with their bodies and cultivate strength from within. She is also part of the MOVE TO HEAL Yoga Teacher Training, where she teaches the 50-hour Emotional Healing Facilitator Training in Nuremberg.
With a passion for making holistic practices accessible to everyone, Annabelle creates safe spaces for deep self-exploration—whether in private sessions, workshops, or structured programs like this Healthy Back course.
