Then join the 5-day morning routine challenge! 

Because it's easiest to practice in a group, and it's also much more fun 🙌😀💫

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?



WHAT?

Improve the quality of your day with a simple and effective morning routine. Join us at 7 a.m. as we start the day with a group breathing exercise. After 30 minutes, you'll feel relaxed, focused, and ready to tackle whatever the day has in store. I look forward to seeing you there!


WHEN?

Mon, Oct. 24 to Fri, Oct. 28, every morning from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.
