YOGA CLASSES | online & in Hanover


WHAT ARE THE YOGA CLASSES ABOUT?

I am very pleased to offer two yoga classes from November until the end of the year to support you with a relaxing and regenerating yoga practice. As always, my main focus is on conscious breathing. Both classes are similar in content, suitable for all levels, and take place on different days of the week and in different studios. Tuesdays are in-person classes and Thursdays are hybrid, so you can also conveniently book online from home .


WHY DO WE BREATHE IN CLASSES?

Most people breathe so shallowly that life literally passes them by. With a deep breath, you not only supply your body with maximum oxygen, but you also invigorate your mind and find your way back to the moment and to more inspiration. In these courses, you will learn various breathing exercises that will help you relax and get in the mood for the cozy season.

Conscious breathing techniques can assist you:

  • to neutralize your acid-base balance

  • relax your nervous system

  • to harmonize your blood pressure

  • sharpen your focus 

  • to center your mind

  • feel good in every way

  • boost your self-confidence, and much more.

Suitable for all levels. No prior knowledge is required. Come as you are.


STRESS MANAGEMENT YOGA CLASS | hybrid

Dates: Thursdays , November 3 - December 22, from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Location: hybrid (in the studio with online transmission via Zoom)

HATHA YOGA CLASS | in person

Dates: Tuesdays November 8 - December 20, from 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
