THE BIG SLOW DOWN – How I am learning to live at my own pace
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
In recent weeks, my body has sent me a clear message: slow down. It wasn't my mind or my calendar that set the pace, but my nervous system.
As a self-employed person, I am used to being present, productive, and creative. But underneath, there was often an old program running—fed by stress patterns I learned early on.
My body says: Stop
The environment in the womb is crucial in determining how we shape our environment later in life. My nervous system has always known how to be "on." And that has left its mark. For me, it was very stressful, so in retrospect, I'm not surprised that I worked myself into burnout in my first career in event management. At that time, I learned to regulate my nervous system through yoga. Through breathwork, I released trauma, healed, and learned to channel emotions into creative avenues. That is my path.
My Gene Key as a guide
Even my Gene Keys profile reflects exactly what is so clearly evident in my life right now:
Gene Key 52 – From Stress to Stillness
(Life’s Work – What I am here to do).
My soul has chosen this topic.
Not by chance. But with a clear mission:
In the midst of a world full of sensory overload, activism, and internal pressure—learning how to find true peace.
How inner stability grows from within me. How I can bring peace to the world through my own nervous system.
The shadow frequency is stress —the constant feeling of being under pressure, of having to perform, of never arriving.
The gift is called silence —a form of inner presence that is not passive, but powerfully centered.
Siddhi is stillness —a state beyond thought, in which everything is in deep order, just as it is.
With Line 5 in my Life's Work, I am learning not only to understand this topic for myself, but also to put it into practice—to make it accessible to others. Not as an expert, but as someone who is on a journey. As someone who shares from their own experience what works—and what heals.
Looking back, that was just the first big learning curve. Now it feels like I've entered a new level of mindfulness—
One that makes me even more aware of what my system needs. One that teaches me to truly trust my inner guidance.
The decision to slow down
My body gives me feedback on my pace. My health becomes a priority. Tasks have to wait. To-do lists are minimized. Projects that don't fulfill my heart are removed from my calendar. I have decided to change something. To change myself.
A new simplicity is emerging.
I feel clearer thanks to this healthy boundary. My work has a new framework that gives me strength. Breath by breath, I settle into this new rhythm and find the pace that gives me the most energy. The energy to make new, healthy decisions for myself.
Detox for body and mind
At the same time, I started a detox program: daily enemas, a juice cleanse, and a conscious diet help me cleanse my body and regain my inner balance. Meditation became not only a routine, but a way to raise my frequency and gain clarity.
It is a new experience. A new way of getting to know myself. A new subtlety that brings clarity and joy and allows me to tap into my power even more.
I love my pace. I own my breath. I embody my truth.
