You must breathe deeply!
Hey, are you feeling out of breath too? The weeks are flying by and lots of great things are happening, but everything is moving at a pretty fast pace! That makes it all the more important to ground yourself regularly and create little islands of relaxation.
Let's take a deep breath together and relax... two more times... inhale, hold briefly and exhale... inhale... and exhale. Take a moment to check in with yourself. Can you feel the ground beneath you? Can you feel your heartbeat? And observe your breath? How do you feel now?
Congratulations, you just meditated!
It can be so easy to relax in everyday life with such a short exercise. Breathing, meditating, yoga, you name it. However, there are so many misconceptions about meditation that some people don't even dare to try it. Are you one of those people who think: "Meditation isn't for me...
...because I can't think of nothing."
...because I can't sit still."
...because I can't get up early."
...because I'm not spiritual or religious."
There are certainly more reasons not to try it, but I want to tell you one thing: there are as many styles of meditation as there are sports! So there's definitely something for everyone! The easiest way to meditate is to engage in mindful observation . What is happening within me right now on three levels: body, mind, and emotions.
If you practice this, you will be able to quickly recognize situations in everyday life that may cause you stress, drain your energy, or indicate that you need a break. You are essentially studying yourself mindfully in everyday life. Over time, this trains your emotional intelligence. Then you no longer react, but act. Then you don't flee from unpleasant moments, but remain calm. Then you develop deep compassion for yourself because you get to know yourself better and better. You stay with yourself, in your power, and don't give it away to the outside world.
Today is International Star Wars Day. "MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU" is probably the most famous of all Star Wars quotes. As a child, I was never particularly interested in the films. But the more I engaged in spiritual work, the more I recognized the wonderful messages they convey.
In the film, the phrase "MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU" was used as a greeting. I think it is one of the most beautiful wishes and one of the most powerful affirmations for someone. Compared to the common "hello" and "goodbye," it's a huge blessing!
But even if you don't know Star Wars, everyone knows the cute Yoda, who always shares his wisdom in a very calm manner. For example, "YOUR PERCEPTION DETERMINES YOUR REALITY." He's right, because the way you feel and think is exactly how your world unfolds. We train ourselves to perceive our bodies, thoughts, and emotions accurately in my two new yoga classes:
I've called them BREATHING & MEDITATION because these elements dominate. I also use many of these exercises with great success in my coaching program. Because it helps you relax and focus better focus and feel more comfortable in your own skin .
As Yoda so beautifully says: "The future is always in motion. " Everything is constantly changing, and in my breathing and meditation class, you will learn to change your energy and, with it, your own future!
Do you want to noticeably increase your well-being?
Would you like to improve the quality of your day?
Do you want to make healthier decisions for your future?
Then come to one of my events.
I look forward to getting to know you!
